Gaming Ordtopsy is a series of video docs by Mark Ord. Each one will take an intense and deep look into one of the greatest video games ever made. This second one focuses on Batman: Arkham Asylum and features interview footage with developers, concept and comic art and many key narrative scenes, all given focus and form by Mark’s narration.
Once again, it’s a long one and once you get into it you’ll realise why. Mark has an attention to detail rivaling the best episodes of Digital Gonzo and this one is deserving of your attention. Pull up a chair, grab a drink and a snack and explore the Asylum and its many lunatics once again.
If you’ve not played it then pretty much the entire plot is discussed, so bear that in mind before watching. This was designed with non-players in mind too and some people may be surprised at how much complexity can be crammed into a single shooting game. If you love Extra Credits, Cane and Rinse or Digital Gonzo then you will be right at home.
